Abstract

Background : Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important for projects that have a high risk of work accidents, because if there is no action to implement the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) it can cause problems in several aspects such as humanitarian, economic, environmental and legal. Workers have a very close correlation with work accidents, while work accidents are closely related to productivity in the application of SMK3 greatly affecting the development of human resources (Hasana Putri and Angelia Ginting, 2023). Workers have a very close correlation with work accidents, while work accidents are closely related to productivity in the application of SMK3 greatly affecting the development of human resources (Hasana Putri and Angelia Ginting, 2023). Objective : Know the analysis of factors causing work accidents at PT Primissima (Persero) Yogyakarta in 2020-2022. Method : The data collected in this study are secondary data obtained from PT Primissima (Persero) Yogyakarta. Results : In 2020-2022 PT Primissima Yogyakarta experienced 56 work accidents that occurred both inside the factory and outside the factory. A total of 37 cases of work accidents occurred inside the factory and 19 cases of work accidents occurred outside the factory. Conclusion : The lack of caution of workers and the non-use of appropriate PPE result in work accidents. There were 56 cases of work accidents that occurred at PT Primissima Yogyakarta and the best were two accident places, namely outside and inside the company.
