Abstract

KAJIAN ASUPAN GIZI IBU HAMIL DI DESA TRIMULYO JETIS BANTUL DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA Salma Alfitra Noorkholidya, Waryana, I Made Alit Gunawan Jurusan Gizi Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta Jl. Tatabumi No.3 Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman Email : salmalfitranoorkholidya99@gmail.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Di desa Trimulyo sebesar 29,7% ibu hamil mengalami KEK dan 16,2% ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Upaya untuk mengatasi penyakit pada ibu yang sedang hamil tersebut salah satunya adalah dengan menjaga asupan zat gizi ibu hamil dengan memperhatikan tingkat asupan zat gizi energi, protein, karbohidrat, dan lemak agar sesuai dengan kecukupan dan jenis bahan makanan yang dikonsumsi ibu hamil sesuai dengan standar porsi. Tujuan Penelitian : mengetahui kualitas asupan zat gizi ibu hamil berdasarkan tingkat asupan zat gizi energi, protein, karbohidrat, lemak dan Keragaman Bahan Makanan yang Dikonsumsi oleh Ibu Hamil di Desa Trimulyo, Jetis, Bantul. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Pendekatan waktu yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yaitu suatu penelitian yang menekankan pada pengukuran data variable hanya satu kali pada satu waktu Hasil Penelitian : Dari 37 orang ibu hamil mayoritas asupan makan mulai dari Energi, Protein, Lemak, hingga Karbohidrat dalam kategori Defisit. Dari data keragaman bahan makanan yang dikonsumsi ibu hamil di desa trimulyo dapat dilihat bahwa konsumsi bahan makanan sudah cukup beragam pada 23 ibu hamil atau berada pada angka 61,17% dari total sampel yang diambil. Kesimpulan : Asupan Zat Gizi yang dikonsumsi oleh Ibu Hamil di Desa Trimulyo rendah serta keragaman konsumsi bahan makanan ibu hamil sudah cukup beragam. Research method: This research uses the survey method. The time approach used in this research is cross sectional, a study that emphasizes the measurement of variable data only once at one time Results of the study: The 37 people pregnant mothers the majority of feeding intake ranging from energy, protein, fat, to carbohydrates in the deficit category. From the data of diversity food ingredients consumed by pregnant women in Trimulyo village can be seen that the consumption of groceries has been quite varied on 23 pregnant women or is at a rate of 61.17% of the total samples taken. Conclusion: Intake of nutrients consumed by pregnant women in Trimulyo village is low and the diversity of consumption of pregnant women's food is quite diverse.
