Abstract
INTISARI Latar Belakang: Perkembangan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia telah berhasil meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan secara lebih merata. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi sudah mengakibatkan golongan masyarakat yang berpendidikan dan menguasai informasi semakin bertambah sehingga mereka dapat menentukan dan menuntut untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Kepuasan masyarakat merupakan variabel yang sangat penting didalam melihat kinerja suatu puskesmas. Faktor yang paling utama terlihat dari kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan petugas kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan: Diketahuinya hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan masyarakat di Puskesmas Gombong II. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional survey. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan februari sampai April 2023. Dengan populasi studi penelitian sebanyak 2608. Dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden. Intrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan uji Kendal’s tau. Hasil: berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di uji menggunakan uji kendall’s tau mendapatkan hasil signifikansi 0,023 yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan pada variabel kualitas dan variabel kepuasan. Kesimpulan: terdapat Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Dengan Kepuasan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Gombong II. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kepuasan Masyarkat. Abstract Background: The development of public health services in Indonesia has succeeded in improving health services more evenly. Advances in science and technology have resulted in an increasing group of people who are educated and master information so that they can determine and demand to obtain quality health services. Community satisfaction is a very important variable in seeing the performance of a puskesmas. The most important factor can be seen from the quality of services provided by health workers to the community. Objective: Know the relationship between the quality of health services and community satisfaction at Puskesmas Gombong II. Method: This study is quantitative with cross sectional survey research design. This study will be conducted from February to April 2023. With a research study population of 2608. With a sample of 96 respondents. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. By using Kendal's tau test. Results: Based on the results of research tested using Kendall's test or get a significance result of 0.023 which shows there is a relationship between quality variables and satisfaction variables. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the quality of health services and community satisfaction at the Puskesmas Gombong II Health Center.
