Abstract
American College of Obsbtrtcians and Gynecologist (ACOG)2005, confessed that the average of spontaneous birth was 12%o, 23.4% stood for birth induction with medical indication, while 23.8% for birth induction without any medical indication. There was a rise in bhth induction in DistrictBase Hospita lof Wonosarion 2015 upto 2016, from 17%to 18.5%. The success ofthe b irth indication in post-term pregnancies which used fotiey-oxcytocin was quite higi 1el"/4. One of the factors triggeingfhe success o f the induction wasexactlythethingcalled parity. The purpose wastoknowtherelation of parityand fhesuccessof tolley-oxcytocin inductionwhich was!on9t9w9rd post-term mothers in DistictBase Hospifalof Wonosari on 2016. Sottof obseruationalanalytic research wifh cross sectional design. The location of the research was in Disfnct Ease Hosp ital of Wonosari on May 4 up to 12, 2(i17. The poputation was the post'te-rm pregnant women who were induced with foltey-oxytoiin on 2016. The sampiing method used was piryosive. The n^umber of appropriafe samp/es were 130 post-term pregnant women induced with fotley-oxytocin. While the hypothesis trialtook Qhisqu.arg with 0.05 signification standard as the medium. 76.9% out of 100% post-term pregnant women- were successfully induced with folley-oxytocin. The percentage of success of multipara case was 84.62% white the iutipara one was 6g.23%. p-vatue 0.0_37 was goften in the analysrs of Chr'-Square which meant that there was a significant connection between parity and the success offolleyoxytocininduction,PRl.222,gS%(Cl 1,008-1,481)and0.lS0contingencycoefficientwithontyliftlecloienessinrelation. lhgr9 was definitely a relation betutreen parity and the success of fo lley-oxytocin induction done towardi the post-term pregnancies in DistrictBase Hospitalof Wonosai on 2016. Keyvtords : folley-catheter, oxytocin, parity, cleanness of induction Ameican College of Obstetricians and Gynecologrsf (ACOG) pada tahun 2005 mencatat rata-rata 12% lahirspontan,23,46/o induksi qe_F-a]i!9l dengan indikasi medis dan 23,8% induksi persalinan tanpa indikasi medis.
