Abstract

The status of chitd nutrition still be problems, hence the effoft to earty detection of malnutrition important to do. The rote af cadres very influential as an effort earty detection of matnutrition is by using mch book. Knowledge is one factor affecting cadres in the utilization mch book. This research aims to understand the level of knowledge aboutthe book cadres mch. The research is descriptive research using the approach of cross-sectional with the subject of research cadres demangan viltage area in the city of Yogyakarta gondokusuman as many as 58 peopte, an instrument of this research using questionnaire, data analyzed by univai-abel. Resu/fs of this 'research: (1)Characteristics Demangan cadres village area has the largest proportion of c-adres on the age of 20-50 years' old, education at the seiondary tevet, did not work, and has become cadres for >10 years; (2)th9 tevet of knowledge about understanding cadres mch book, the functions and benefits mch book, uses mch book, the assessmenf o f a chart weigh mch'in the book and the foltow-up to the result of weighing the maiority of knowtedgeabte good; (3) a levet cadres knowledge about how to fill KMS mch in the and early detection of matnutrilion with mch'book the majortty of knowiedgeable enough. The level of knowledge about the book cadres mch goodthe majoityof affected by age, education,work, and old workings. Keywords: Knowledge, cadres, mch book
