Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan lingkungan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Kasus DBD di daerah Yogyakarta dari tahun ke tahun relatif tinggi terutama wilayah Kabupaten Bantul. Kabupaten Bantul tahun 2020 memiliki jumlah kasus yang relative tinggi dengan jumlah kasus 1.222 penderita dan 4 diantaranya mengalami kematian. Penggunaan metode Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berupa pemetaan dapat menginterpretasikan fenomena suatu masalah, sehingga dapat mengetahui sebaran kasus DBD yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan penentuan tindakan yang dilakukan dalam penanganan kasus penyakit tersebut. Tujuan: Diketahuinya gambaran peta sebaran penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) yang dihubungkan dengan kepadatan penduduk, angka bebas jentik, dan tingkat curah hujan di Kabupaten Bantul. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan studi ekologi dengan pendekatan Retrospektif. Melalui pemetaan berbasis SIG dengan teknik pemodelan berupa Overlay atau tumpeng susun layar. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan 8 kapanewon yang ada di Kabupaten Bantul Hasil: Hasil output potensi berupa Peta Potensi Sebaran Penyakit DBD di 8 Kapanewon yang ada di Kabupaten Bantul. Hasil overlay peta menunjukkan kepadatan penduduk, angka bebas jentik dan tingkat curah hujan memiliki kecenderungan keterkaitan dengan Incidence Rate DBD. Kesimpulan: Secara deskriptif, Incidence Rate DBD dapat berkaitan dengan kepadatan penduduk, angka bebas jentik dan tingkat curah hujan. Kata Kunci: Sebaran DBD, overlay SIG, kepadatan penduduk, angka bebas jentik. ABSTRACT Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the environmental health problems that needs special attention. DHF cases in the Yogyakarta area from year to year are relatively high, especially in the Bantul Regency. Bantul Regency in 2020 had a relatively high number of cases with 1.222 cases and 4 of them died. The use of the Geographic Information System (GIS) method in the form of mapping can interpret the phenomenon of a problem so that it can find out the distribution of DHF cases which can be used as a reference for determining the actions taken in handling cases of the disease. Objective: Knowing the map of the distribution of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) associated with population density, larvae free index, and rainfall levels in Bantul Regency. Methods: This research is a descriptive study using an ecological study with a retrospective approach through GIS-based mapping with modeling techniques in the form of an overlay or tumpeng stacking screen. The sample used is 8 Kapanewon in Bantul Regency. Results: The potential output results are in the form of a potential map of the distribution of dengue fever in 8 Kapanewon in Bantul Regency. The results of the map overlay show that population density, larvae free index and rainfall levels have a tendency to be related to the incidence rate of dengue fever. Conclusion: Descriptively, the incidence rate of dengue fever can be seen from the population density, larva free index and rainfall levels.
