Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) yang prevalensinya masih tinggi dan terus meningkat sehingga menjadi masalah kesehatan di seluruh negeri. Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang tidak dapat disembuhkan namun dapat dikendalikan. Pengetahuan dan kesadaran penderita hipertensi merupakan faktor penting dalam pengendalian tekanan darah. Edukasi kesehatan dengan telenursing merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran penderita hipertensi mengenai kesehatannya. Telenursing termasuk sistem teknologi informasi dan komunikasi modern dalam bidang kesehatan yang bisa digunakan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan jarak jauh. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan dengan telenursing terhadap pengetahuan tentang hipertensi pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Mandiraja 2. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022. Populasi adalah penderita hipertensi pada program Prolanis di Puskesmas Mandiraja 2. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Hasil: Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai p value = 0.000 dan pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai p value = 0,014. Hasil Uji Mann Whitney pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah intervensi diperoleh hasil p value = 0.005 Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh edukasi kesehatan dengan telenursing terhadap pengetahuan tentang hipertensi pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Mandiraja 2. Kata Kunci: Edukasi Kesehatan, Telenursing, Pengetahuan, Hipertensi Background: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease (NCD) whose prevalence is still high and continues to increase so that it becomes a health problem throughout the country. Hypertension is a disease that cannot be cured but can be controlled. Knowledge and awareness of hypertension sufferers is an important factor in controlling blood pressure. Health education with telenursing is an effort to increase knowledge and awareness of hypertension sufferers about their health. Telenursing is a modern information and communication technology system in the health sector that can be used in providing nursing care remotely. Objective: To determine the effect of health education by telenursing on knowledge about hypertension in patients with hypertension at Puskesmas Mandiraja 2. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative study with a Quasi Experiment Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design which was carried out in April 2022. The population was hypertension sufferers in the Prolanis program at Puskesmas Mandiraja 2. The sampling technique was total sampling. Results: Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test in the experimental group obtained p value = 0.000 and in the control group obtained p value = 0.014. The results of the Mann Whitney test in the experimental group and the control group after the intervention obtained p value = 0.005 Conclusion: There is an effect of health education by telenursing on knowledge about hypertension in hypertension patients at Puskesmas Mandiraja 2.
