Abstract
Variable parity, birth spacing and ANC visit factors have p- value <0.05, meaning that there is a statistically significant relationship between parity factors, birth spacing and ANC visits. Meanwhile, age, working status, SEZ status, and education level did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of anaemia in pregnant women. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the parity variable Exp(B) value was 0.487 (48.7%) with a significant value of parity factor with p-value = 0.217. The birth spacing variable was 0.267 (26.7%) (p-value = 0.071), and the ANC visit variable was 0.098 (9.8%) (p-value = 0.000). The parity variable has the greatest Exp(B) value, which is 48.7%, thus the parity variable is the most dominant factor influencing the incidence of anaemia in first trimester pregnant women at the Tempel I Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta
