Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disorder of carbohydrate metabolism, one of the problems will arise if triglyceride levels in the body are not balanced. Diabetes mellitus sufferers often experience high triglyceride levels and are usually accompanied by low HDL cholesterol. The higher the triglyceride levels the lower the HDL cholesterol levels. Diabetes mellitus (DM) can interfere with lipoprotein lipase regulation. One characteristic is an increase in blood triglyceride levels, an increase in triglyceride levels is also atherogenic. An increase in fasting triglyceride levels is associated with a risk of infarmyocardium. High triglyceride levels and low High Density Lipoprotein Cholestrol (HDL-C) Research Objectives: To determine the administration of black garlic and the most effective dose of changes in triglyceride levels in white mice (Rattus novergicus) with Diabetes Mellitus, to determine the effect of black garlic on the changes in triglyceride levels in white rats (Rattus novergicus) ) diabetes mellitus and Knowing the effect of giving black garlic (black garlic) to changes in triglyceride levels in normal white rats (Rattus novergicus) Methods: This research is an experimental study using Pretest Posttest with Control Group Design. 30 white rats (Rattus Novergicus). This research was conducted in February 2020. Data analysis using SPSS Results: Based on the results of spss analysis by using the post hoc test used is Bonferroni. From the table above we get the sig value of 0,000 <0.05 from treatment 1 to treatment 2, so there is a difference. Head for treatment with treatment 3 with the provision of black onion with a dose of 144 mg / 200grBB / day. From the results of this study stated that the most effective dose in reducing triglyceride levels. There is an effect of pemebrian black on the changes in triglyceride levels of diabetic white rats with the results obtained using the Paired Differences Test. The results showed that the value of sig = .005 showed a significant influence on, and there was a significant influence on the administration of black onions to changes in normal white rat triglycerides. Conclusion: Giving black onions with a dose of 144 mg / 200grBBhari is the most effective dose that can reduce triglyceride levels. There is an effect of giving black garlic (black garlic) to changes in triglyceride levels in white rats (Rattus novergicus) diabetes mellitus and normal. Keywords: Black Garlic, triglyceride levels, Diabetes Mellitus Latar Belakang : Diabetes melitus (DM) adalah kelainan metabolisme karbohidrat, salah satu permasalahan akan timbul apabila kadar trigliserida dalam tubuh tidak seimbang. Pada Penderita diabetes mellitus sering mengalami kadar trigliserida yang tinggi dan biasanya disertai dengan kolesterol HDL yang rendah. Semakin tinggi kadar trigliserida semakin rendah kadar kolestrol HDL. Diabetes mellitus (DM) dapat terjadi gangguan regulasi lipoprotein lipase Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui pemberian bawang hitam (black garlic) dan dosis yang paling efektif terhadap perubahan kadar trigliserida pada tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) yang Diabetes Mellitus, Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bawang hitam (black garlic) terhadap perubahan kadar trigliserida pada tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) diabetes mellitus dan Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bawang hitam (black garlic) terhadap perubahan kadar trigliserida pada tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) normal Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Pretest Posttest with Control Group Design. 30 ekor tikus putih (Rattus Novergicus). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2020.Analisi data menggunakan SPSS Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil analisi spss dgn menguunakan uji post hoc yang dipakai adalah Bonferroni. Dari tabel diatas didapatkan nilai sig 0,000<0,05 dari perlakuan 1 terhadap perlakuan 2 maka ada perbedaan. Menujuukan bawa pada perlakuan 3 denganpemberian bawang hitam dosis144 mg/200grBB/hari. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dosis yangbpaling efektif dalam penurunan kadar trigliserida. Terdapat pengaruh pemebrian bawang hitam terhadap perubahan kadar trigliserida tikus putih diabetes dengan hasil didapatkan menggunakan Uji Paired Differences. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig = .005 menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap, dan terdapat pengaruh bermakna menegnai pemebrian bawang hitam terhadap perubahan trigliserida tikus putih normal Hasil uji Paired Differences menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig = 000 menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang bermakna. Kesimpulan : Pemberian bawang hitam dengan dosis 144 mg/200grBBhari merupakan dosis yang paling efektif yang mampu menurunkan kadar trigliserida, Ada pengaruh pemberian bawang hitam (black garlic) terhadap perubahan kadar trigliserida pada tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) diabetes mellitus dan normal.
