Abstract
Sanitation of public places, is a public health problem that is quite urgent. Because public places are a meeting place for all kinds of people with all kinds of diseases that the community has. The sanitation conditions in the Tirta Anggita swimming pool are known as follows; there is no swimming pool depth sign, garbage can is open and not covered, male and female toilets have not been separated. For this reason, sanitation inspection is needed which aims to monitor several physical environmental factors that affect humans, especially those that have detrimental effects on physical development, health and survival. This study aims to determine the sanitation conditions in the Tirta Anggita swimming pool in Seyegan District based on location and environment, buildings and sanitation facilities. The type of research used in this study is a survey with descriptive analysis. Assessment is based on the form listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 061 of 1991 concerning Health Requirements for Swimming Pools and Public Baths. Based on the results of the study showed that the sanitary conditions in the swimming pool Tirta Anggita Seyegan District had fulfilled the requirements of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No.061 of 1991 with a percentage of 77%. It is recommended for pool managers to strive and improve cleanliness in the swimming pool environment so that visitors are comfortable to swim. And can improve conditions that reduce the scores listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 061 of 1991 concerning Health Requirements for Swimming Pools and Public Baths. Then it is also recommended to check the quality of water in the pool so that the quality is always maintained.
