Abstract

EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATION OF THE JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS METHOD IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS AT PT ADI SATRIA ABADI AS AN EFFORT TO PREVENT WORK ACCIDENTS Dilla Sekar Ananda1, Sigid Sudaryanto2, Naris Dyah P 3 Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta Jl. Tatabumi No.3 Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman email: dillasekar11@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Background: Work accidents are accidents that occur during work relations, including accidents that occur on the way from home to work or vice versa and illnesses caused by the work environment. Based on data obtained from work accident reports at PT. Adi Satria Abadi, within a period of 6 months, work accident cases increased by 5 cases. The application of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method is expected to be able to determine control efforts that are appropriate to the potential dangers found and then evaluate whether there is a reduction in the number of work accidents from the application of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. Methods: The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and statistical tests of Shapiro Wilk and Kruskal wallis. Objective: How effective is the implementation of Job Safety Analysis on potential dangers in the production process at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. Results: The results of the study showed that there were still 26 minor accidents and 2 serious accidents. Percentage results The level of worker compliance in JSA was obtained with an average score of 80.26%, the level of worker compliance with IKA was obtained with an average value of 82.39%, and the level of worker compliance with SOP was obtained with an average value of 77.76%. The results of the Shapiro wilk test that has been carried out on the percentage of the level of worker compliance in each section obtained a significance value of 0,001, then it can be known that the data obtained is abnormally distributed because it has a significance of <0.05. the results of the Kruskal wallis test that has been carried out on the percentage of the level of compliance of workers in each section obtained a significance value of 0.061, then it can be known that there is no difference in the value of the percentage of the level of compliance of workers with JSA, IKA, and SOP because of the significance value of >0.05. It is known that the one that has the highest mean rank value is the level of compliance with IKA which is 47.29, meaning that workers have high compliance and apply the work steps contained in the Work Instructions that apply to each section. Conclusion: The application of the Job Safety Analysis method in the production section at PT. Adi Satria Abadi has not been able to achieve maximum effectiveness because there are still work accidents that occur, influencing factors, namely there are control efforts that have not been implemented and have not been implemented by workers. Tatabumi No.3 Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman email: dillasekar11@gmail.com, INTISARI Latar Belakang: Kecelakaan Kerja adalah kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam hubungan kerja, termasuk kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam perjalanan dari rumah menuju tempat kerja atau sebaliknya dan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari laporan kejadian kecelakaan kerja di PT. Adi Satria Abadi dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan kasus kecelakaan kerja meningkat sebanyak 5 kasus. Penerapan Metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) diharapkan dapat menentukan upaya pengendalian yang sesuai dengan potensi bahaya yang temukan dan selanjuutnya dilakukan evalusasi apakah terdapat penurunan jumlah kecelakaan kerja dari penerapan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Metode: Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji statistik shapiro wilk dan Kruskal wallis. Tujuan: Bagaimana efektivitas penerapan Job Safety Analysis terhadap potensi bahaya pada proses produksi di PT. Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terjadi 26 kecelakaan ringan dan 2 kecelakaan berat. hasil persentase Tingkat kepatuhan pekerja diketahui bahwa Tingkat kepatuhan pekerja pada JSA diperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,26%, Tingkat kepatuhan pekerja pada IKA diperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,39%, Tingkat kepatuhan pekerja pada SOP diperoleh nilai rata-rata 77,76%. Hasil uji Shapiro wilk yang telah dilakukan terhadap persentase Tingkat kepatuhan pekerja pada setiap bagian diperoleh nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,001 maka dapat diketahui bahwa data yang diperoleh berdistribusi tidak normal karena memiliki signifikansi <0.05. hasil uji Kruskal wallis yang telah dilakukan terhadap persentase Tingkat kepatuhan pekerja pada setiap bagian diperoleh nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,061 maka dapat diketahui bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pada nilai hasil persentase Tingkat kepatuhan Pekerja Terhadap JSA, IKA, Dan SOP karena nilai signifikansi >0,05. Diketahui bahwa yang memiliki nilai mean rank tertinggi adalah Tingkat kepatuhan pada IKA yaitu 47,29 artinya pekerja memiliki kepatuhan tinggi serta menerapkan Langkah kerja yang terdapat pada Instruksi Kerja yang berlaku pada setiap bagian. Kesimpulan: Penerapan metode Job Safety Analysis pada bagian produksi di PT.Adi Satria Abadi belum bisa mencapai efektivitas yang maksimal karena masih terdapat kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu terdapat Upaya pengendalian yang belum terlaksana dan belum diterapkan oleh pekerja.
