Abstract

Latar Belakang: Mutu pelayanan didasari penilaian hasil pelayanan laboratorium secara keseluruhan. Salah satu aspeknya adalah mutu pemeriksaan yang terdapat dua hal pokok, yaitu ketepatan ( akurasi) dan ketelitian ( presisi). (Hasin, 2016) ISO 15189:2012 klausul 5.6.2.2 tentang bahan pengendalian mutu atau bahan kontrol dijelaskan bahwa laboratorium harus memilih prosedur pemeriksaan yang telah divalidasi untuk digunakan. Prosedur pemeriksaan tervalidasi yang digunakan tanpa modifikasi harus dilakukan verifikasi independen oleh laboratorium.(BSN, 2014) Pada tahun 2021 di BLKK Yogyakarta menunjukkan 37 % dari 5 pemeriksaan yang sering diminta oleh pelanggan adalah kadar kolesterol total. (BLKK, 2021) Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui perbedaan akurasi pemeriksaan kolesterol total serta verifikasi metode terhadap jenis kalibrator di BLKK Yogyakarta. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Studi komparatif yaitu untuk melihat perbedaan dua atau lebih situasi atau program yang sejenis. Hasil Penelitian: Bahan kontrol Trulab N hasil akurasi (%R)97,8; presisi (%CV)2,5; bias (d%) -0,02; sedangkan kontrol Biorad 1 hasil akurasi (%R)108,0; presisi (%CV)1,7; bias (d%) 0,08. Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan akurasi pemeriksaan kolesterol total dan dengan melihat hasil akurasi (%R) dan presisi (%CV) disimpulkan bahwa metode bisa digunakan sebagi acuan dalam pemeriksaan kolesterol total di Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan dan Kalibrasi Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Kolesterol total, akurasi, verifikasi metode Background: Service quality is based on an assessment of the results of laboratory services as a whole. One aspect is the quality of inspection which has two main things, namely accuracy (accuracy) and accuracy (precision). (BLKK, 2021) Research Objectives: Knowing the difference in the accuracy of total cholesterol examination and method verification of the type of calibrator at BLKK Yogyakarta. Research Methods: This type of research is a comparative study that is to see the differences of two or more similar situations or programs. Research Results: Trulab control material N accuracy result (%R)97.8; precision (%CV)2.5; bias (d%) -0.02; while Biorad control 1 accuracy result (%R)108.0; precision (%CV)1.7; bias (d%) 0.08. Conclusion: There is a difference in the accuracy of the total cholesterol test and by looking at the results of accuracy (%R) and precision (%CV) it is concluded that the method can be used as a reference in the total cholesterol examination at the Yogyakarta Health and Calibration Laboratory Center.
